Multi Coater
This multi-function coater can be used inline with a gummy depositor or as a standalone unit. This system can handle up to 100kg of gummies per hour. This coater can coat up to 40,000 gummies per hour. Place it in line with your depositor or in a separate finishing room. Coat gummies with powders such as sugar and starch. Powders are fed by auger onto a food grade variable speed conveyor. Gummies can also be coated with oil. Oils can be heated and then delivered via the precise metering pump into the coating drum.
